KalimNews, Kalimpong, 23 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

27 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 27 new cases, 32 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 27 new cases, and till today there are 56,918 confirmed cases of which 56,080 have recovered and 537 died while 301 are active cases.

4 in Kalimpong:

4 new cases, 5 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 4 new cases, and till today there are 7,016 confirmed cases of which 6,917 have recovered, 54 died and 45 are active cases.

4 in Alipurduar:

4 new 5 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 4 new cases, and till today there are 15,553 confirmed cases of which 15,401 have recovered and 102 died while 50 are active cases.

10 in Coochbehar: 

10 new cases, 15 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 10 new cases, and till today there are 29,184 confirmed cases of which 28,953 have recovered, 97 died and 134 are active cases.

21 in Jalpaiguri: 

21 new cases, 18 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 21 new cases, and till today there are 41,856 confirmed cases of which 566 died while 41,117 have recovered and 173 are active cases.

11 in Uttar Dinajpur:

11 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 11 new cases, and till today, there are 19,811 confirmed cases of which 236 died while 19,506 have recovered 69 are active cases.

14 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

14 new cases, 14 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 14 new cases, and till today there are 17,755 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,450 have recovered and 136 are active cases.

5 in Malda:  

5 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 5 new cases, and till today there are 33,326 confirmed cases of which 33,062 have recovered and 186 died and 78 are active.
