KalimNews, Kalimpong, 9 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

41 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 41 new cases, 37 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 41 new cases, and till today there are 56,563 confirmed cases of which 55,651 have recovered and 533 died while 379 are active cases.

3 in Kalimpong:

3 new cases, 7 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 3 new cases, and till today there are 6,967 confirmed cases of which 6,844 have recovered, 54 died and 69 are active cases.

8 in Alipurduar:

8 new 7 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 8 new cases, and till today there are 15,497 confirmed cases of which 15,320 have recovered and 101 died while 76 are active cases.

15 in Coochbehar: 

15 new cases, 15 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 14 new cases, and till today there are 29,014 confirmed cases of which 28,762 have recovered, 96 died and 156 are active cases.

21 in Jalpaiguri: 

21 new cases, 21 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 21 new cases, and till today there are 41,641 confirmed cases of which 565 died while 40,862 have recovered and 214 are active cases.

2 in Uttar Dinajpur:

2 new cases, 3 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today, there are 19,720 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,460 have recovered 25 are active cases.

10 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

10 new cases, 13 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 10 new cases, and till today there are 17,569 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,268 have recovered and 132 are active cases.

9 in Malda:  

9 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 9 new cases, and till today there are 33,226 confirmed cases of which 32,942 have recovered and 186 died and 98 are active.
