KalimNews, Kalimpong, 21 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

29 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 29 new cases, 33 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 29 new cases, and till today there are 56,863 confirmed cases of which 56,015 have recovered and 537 died while 311 are active cases.

3 in Kalimpong:

3 new cases, 5 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 3 new cases, and till today there are 7,010 confirmed cases of which 6,907 have recovered, 54 died and 49 are active cases.

4 in Alipurduar:

4 new 6 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 4 new cases, and till today there are 15,546 confirmed cases of which 15,390 have recovered and 102 died while 54 are active cases.

12 in Coochbehar: 

12 new cases, 15 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 12 new cases, and till today there are 29,163 confirmed cases of which 28,923 have recovered, 97 died and 143 are active cases.

13 in Jalpaiguri: 

13 new cases, 19 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 13 new cases, and till today there are 41,823 confirmed cases of which 566 died while 41,080 have recovered and 177 are active cases.

7 in Uttar Dinajpur:

7 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 7 new cases, and till today, there are 19,776 confirmed cases of which 236 died while 19,494 have recovered 46 are active cases.

8 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

8 new cases, 15 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 8 new cases, and till today there are 17,730 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,422 have recovered and 139 are active cases.

3 in Malda:  

3 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 3 new cases, and till today there are 33,314 confirmed cases of which 33,044 have recovered and 186 died and 84 are active.
