KalimNews, Kalimpong, 5 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:
1 Death:
Death of 1 in Kalimpong is recorded during the last 24 hours.
1 in Darjeeling and 1 in Jalpaiguri 1 in Alipurduar, 1 in Coochbehar, 3 in Darjeeling, 1 in Mada,
28 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 28 new cases, 32 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 28 new cases, and till today there are 56,411 confirmed cases of which 55,506 have recovered and 531 died while 374 are active cases.
2 in Kalimpong:
2 new cases, 7 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 2 new cases, and till today there are 6,947 confirmed cases of which 6,815 have recovered, 54 died and 78 are active cases.
6 in Alipurduar:
6 new 6 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 6 new cases, and till today there are 15,467 confirmed cases of which 15,292 have recovered and 101 died while 74 are active cases.
11 in Coochbehar:
11 new cases, 14 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 11 new cases, and till today there are 28,958 confirmed cases of which 28,700 have recovered, 96 died and 162 are active cases.
18 in Jalpaiguri:
18 new cases, 20 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 18 new cases, and till today there are 41,572 confirmed cases of which 565 died while 40,776 have recovered and 231 are active cases.
2 in Uttar Dinajpur:
2 new cases, 2 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today, there are 19,712 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,450 have recovered 27 are active cases.
10 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
10 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 10 new cases, and till today there are 17,515 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,215 have recovered and 131 are active cases.
7 in Malda:
7 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 7 new cases, and till today there are 33,201 confirmed cases of which 32,901 have recovered and 186 died and 114 are active.
