KalimNews, Kalimpong, 31 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri, is recorded during the last 24 hours.

23 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 23 new cases, 31 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 23 new cases, and till today there are 57,143 confirmed cases of which 56,326 have recovered and 539 died while 278 are active cases.

2 in Kalimpong:

2 new cases, 4 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 2 new cases, and till today there are 7,036 confirmed cases of which 6,950 have recovered, 54 died and 32 are active cases.

4 in Alipurduar:

4 new 5 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 4 new cases, and till today there are 15,589 confirmed cases of which 15,441 have recovered and 102 died while 46 are active cases.

10 in Coochbehar: 

10 new cases, 13 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 10 new cases, and till today there are 29,275 confirmed cases of which 29,060 have recovered, 97 died and 118 are active cases.

16 in Jalpaiguri: 

16 new cases, 17 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 16 new cases, and till today there are 41,982 confirmed cases of which 572 died while 41,256 have recovered and 154 are active cases.

8 in Uttar Dinajpur:

8 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 8 new cases, and till today, there are 19,858 confirmed cases of which 238 died while 19,559 have recovered 61 are active cases.

14 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

14 new cases, 16 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 14 new cases, and till today there are 17,889 confirmed cases of which 170 died while 17,573 have recovered and 146 are active cases.

32 in Malda:  

32 new cases, 8 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 32 new cases, and till today there are 33,406 confirmed cases of which 33,121 have recovered and 186 died and 99 are active.
