KalimNews, Kalimpong, 24 October: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

22 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 22 new cases, 31 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 22 new cases, and till today there are 56,976 confirmed cases of which 56,143 have recovered and 538 died while 295 are active cases.

2 in Kalimpong:

2 new cases, 4 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 2 new cases, and till today there are 7,020 confirmed cases of which 6,926 have recovered, 54 died and 40 are active cases.

3 in Alipurduar:

3 new 5 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 5 new cases, and till today there are 15,561 confirmed cases of which 15,411 have recovered and 102 died while 48 are active cases.

10 in Coochbehar: 

10 new cases, 14 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 10 new cases, and till today there are 29,208 confirmed cases of which 28,981 have recovered, 97 died and 130 are active cases.

4 in Jalpaiguri: 

4 new cases, 18 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 4 new cases, and till today there are 41,884 confirmed cases of which 566 died while 41,154 have recovered and 164 are active cases.

1 in Uttar Dinajpur:

1 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 1 new cases, and till today, there are 19,816 confirmed cases of which 236 died while 19,520 have recovered 60 are active cases.

15 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

15 new cases, 15 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 15 new cases, and till today there are 17,793 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,480 have recovered and 144 are active cases.

1 in Malda:  

1 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 1 new cases, and till today there are 33,330 confirmed cases of which 33,077 have recovered and 186 died and 67 are active.
