KalimNews, Kalimpong, 12 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri is recorded during the last 24 hours.

60 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 60 new cases, 48 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 60 new cases, and till today there are 55,641 confirmed cases of which 54,559 have recovered and 521 died while 561 are active cases.

6 in Kalimpong:

6 new cases, 11 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 6 new cases, and till today there are 6,811 confirmed cases of which 6,644 have recovered, 52 died and 115 are active cases.

7 in Alipurduar:

7 new cases, 9 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 7 new cases, and till today there are 15,304 confirmed cases of which 15,101 have recovered and 100 died while 103 are active cases.

15 in Coochbehar: 

15 new cases, 21 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 28,642 confirmed cases of which 28,314 have recovered, 95 died and 233 are active cases.

35 in Jalpaiguri: 

35 new cases, 26 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 35 new cases, and till today there are 41,088 confirmed cases of which 559 died while 40,226 have recovered and 303 are active cases.

3 in Uttar Dinajpur:

3 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 3 new cases, and till today, there are 19,662 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,373 have recovered 54 are active cases.

11 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

11 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 11 new cases, and till today there are 17,259 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 16,966 have recovered and 124 are active cases.

12 in Malda:  

12 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 12 new cases, and till today there are 32,970 confirmed cases of which 32,656 have recovered and 186 died and 128 are active.
