KalimNews, Kalimpong, 7 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

Death of 0 in North Bengal is recorded during the last 24 hours.

41 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 41 new cases,  53 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 41 new cases, and till today there are 55,446 confirmed cases of which 54,288 have recovered and 518 died while 640 are active cases.

5 in Kalimpong:

5 new cases, 11 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 5 new cases, and till today there are 6,766 confirmed cases of which 6,587 have recovered, 52 died and 127 are active cases.

8 in Alipurduar:

8 new cases, 10 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 8 new cases, and till today there are 15,270 confirmed cases of which 15,049 have recovered and 99 died while 122 are active cases.

15 in Coochbehar: 

15 new cases, 24 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 28,579 confirmed cases of which 28,192 have recovered, 95 died and 292 are active cases.

19 in Jalpaiguri: 

19 new cases, 26 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 19 new cases, and till today there are 40,955 confirmed cases of which 554 died while 40,084 have recovered and 317 are active cases.

2 in Uttar Dinajpur:

2 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today, there are 19,647 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,343 have recovered 69 are active cases.

9 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

9 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 9 new cases, and till today there are 17,197 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 16,911 have recovered and 117 are active cases.

12 in Malda:  

12 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 12 new cases, and till today there are 32,870 confirmed cases of which 32,605 have recovered and 185 died and 80 are active.
