KalimNews, Kalimpong, 17 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

34 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 34 new cases, 45 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 34 new cases, and till today there are 55,817 confirmed cases of which 54,791 have recovered and 522 died while 504 are active cases.

5 in Kalimpong:

5 new cases, 9 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 5 new cases, and till today there are 6,838 confirmed cases of which 6,691 have recovered, 52 died and 95 are active cases.

9 in Alipurduar:

9 new cases, 9 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 9 new cases, and till today there are 15,3345 confirmed cases of which 15,145 have recovered and 101 died while 99 are active cases.

15 in Coochbehar: 

15 new cases, 18 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 28,715 confirmed cases of which 28,409 have recovered, 96 died and 210 are active cases.

29 in Jalpaiguri: 

29 new cases, 26 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 29 new cases, and till today there are 41,214 confirmed cases of which 561 died while 40,356 have recovered and 297 are active cases.

1 in Uttar Dinajpur:

1 new cases, 4 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 1 new cases, and till today, there are 19,675 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,393 have recovered 47 are active cases.

15 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

15 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 15 new cases, and till today there are 17,303 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,016 have recovered and 118 are active cases.

6 in Malda:  

6 new cases, 12 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 6 new cases, and till today there are 33,025 confirmed cases of which 32,711 have recovered and 186 died and 128 are active.
