KalimNews, Kalimpong, 18 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

3 Death:
Death of 2 in Darjeeling, 1 in Kalimpong , is recorded during the last 24 hours.

33 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 33 new cases, 45 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 33 new cases, and till today there are 55,850 confirmed cases of which 54,836 have recovered and 524 died while 490 are active cases.

5 in Kalimpong:
5 new cases, 9 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 5 new cases, and till today there are 6,843 confirmed cases of which 6,700 have recovered, 53 died and 90 are active cases.

7 in Alipurduar:
7 new cases, 9 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 7 new cases, and till today there are 15,3352 confirmed cases of which 15,154 have recovered and 101 died while 97 are active cases.

14 in Coochbehar: 
14 new cases, 19 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 14 new cases, and till today there are 28,729 confirmed cases of which 28,428 have recovered, 96 died and 205 are active cases.

27 in Jalpaiguri: 
27 new cases, 27 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 27 new cases, and till today there are 41,241 confirmed cases of which 561 died while 40,383 have recovered and 297 are active cases.

4 in Uttar Dinajpur:
4 new cases, 4 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 4 new cases, and till today, there are 19,679 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,397 have recovered 47 are active cases.

18 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
18 new cases, 11 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 18 new cases, and till today there are 17,321 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,027 have recovered and 125 are active cases.

5 in Malda:  
5 new cases, 12 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 5 new cases, and till today there are 33,030 confirmed cases of which 32,723 have recovered and 186 died and 121 are active.
