KalimNews, Kalimpong, 21 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

25 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 25 new cases, 38 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 25 new cases, and till today there are 55,932 confirmed cases of which 54,963 have recovered and 527 died while 442 are active cases.

4 in Kalimpong:

4 new cases, 7 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 4 new cases, and till today there are 6,856 confirmed cases of which 6,722 have recovered, 53 died and 81 are active cases.

8 in Alipurduar:

8 new cases, 8 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 8 new cases, and till today there are 15,378 confirmed cases of which 15,178 have recovered and 101 died while 99 are active cases.

10 in Coochbehar: 

10 new cases, 16 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 10 new cases, and till today there are 28,765 confirmed cases of which 28,477 have recovered, 96 died and 192 are active cases.

17 in Jalpaiguri: 

17 new cases, 24 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 17 new cases, and till today there are 41,297 confirmed cases of which 563 died while 40,455 have recovered and 279 are active cases.

1 in Uttar Dinajpur:

1 new cases, 3 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 1 new cases, and till today, there are 19,682 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,407 have recovered 40 are active cases.

7 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

7 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 7 new cases, and till today there are 17,348 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,058 have recovered and 121 are active cases.

9 in Malda:  

9 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 9 new cases, and till today there are 33,059 confirmed cases of which 32,752 have recovered and 186 died and 121 are active.
