KalimNews, Kalimpong, 20 September: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

1 Death:

Death of 1 in Jalpaiguri is recorded during the last 24 hours.

18 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 18 new cases, 37 releases were reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 18 new cases, and till today there are 55,907 confirmed cases of which 54,925 have recovered and 527 died while 455 are active cases.

1 in Kalimpong:

1 new cases, 7 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 1 new cases, and till today there are 6,852 confirmed cases of which 6,715 have recovered, 53 died and 84 are active cases.

8 in Alipurduar:

8 new cases, 8 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 8 new cases, and till today there are 15,3370 confirmed cases of which 15,170 have recovered and 101 died while 99 are active cases.

12 in Coochbehar: 

12 new cases, 16 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 12 new cases, and till today there are 28,755 confirmed cases of which 28,461 have recovered, 96 died and 198 are active cases.

15 in Jalpaiguri: 

15 new cases, 23 releases were reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 15 new cases, and till today there are 41,280 confirmed cases of which 563 died while 40,431 have recovered and 286 are active cases.

1 in Uttar Dinajpur:

1 new cases, 3 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 1 new cases, and till today, there are 19,681 confirmed cases of which 235 died while 19,404 have recovered 42 are active cases.

10 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

10 new cases, 10 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 10 new cases, and till today there are 17,341 confirmed cases of which 169 died while 17,048 have recovered and 124 are active cases.

11 in Malda:  

11 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 11 new cases, and till today there are 33,050 confirmed cases of which 32,742 have recovered and 186 died and 122 are active.
