New cases- 8 in Kalimpong, 79 in Darjeeling, 7 death in North Bengal: State records 705 new cases, 15 death.

KalimNews, Kalimpong, 14 Aug 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

7 Death:

Death of 4 in Darjeeling, 3 in Jalpaiguri is recorded during the last 24 hours.

79 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 79 new cases, 72 releases are reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 79 new cases, and till today there are 54,276 confirmed cases of which 52,764 have recovered and 508 died while 1004 are active cases.

8 in Kalimpong:

8 new cases, 20 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 8 new cases, and till today there are 6,563 confirmed cases of which 6,253 have recovered, 44 died and 266 are active cases.

9 in Alipurduar:

9 new cases, 17 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 9 new cases, and till today there are 15,068 confirmed cases of which 14,737 have recovered and 99 died while 233 are active cases.

34 in Coochbehar: 

34 new cases, 38 releases reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 34 new cases, and till today there are 28,042 confirmed cases of which 27,423 have recovered, 95 died and 524 are active cases.

51 in Jalpaiguri: 

51 new cases, 43 releases reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 51 new cases, and till today there are 40,381 confirmed cases of which 547 died while 39, 231 have recovered and 603 are active cases.

8 in Uttar Dinajpur:

8 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 8 new cases, and till today, there are 19,536 confirmed cases of which 233 died while 19,181 have recovered 122 are active cases.

2 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

2 new cases, 8 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 2 new cases, and till today there are 17,003 confirmed cases of which 168 died while 16,728 have recovered and 107 are active cases.

5 in Malda:  

5 new cases, 6 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 5 new cases, and till today there are 32,729 confirmed cases of which 32,465 have recovered and 185 died and 79 are active.
