KalimNews, Kalimpong, 1 Aug 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

No death is recorded during the last 24 hours.

64 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 64 new cases, 27 releases are reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 64 new cases, and till today there are 53,436 confirmed cases of which 51,774 have recovered and 496 died while 1166 are active cases.

29 in Kalimpong:

29 new cases, 27 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 29 new cases, and till today there are 6,263 confirmed cases of which 5,987 have recovered, 39 died and 237 are active cases.

16 in Alipurduar:

16 new cases, 19 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 16 new cases, and till today there are 14,864 confirmed cases of which 14,510 have recovered and 99 died while 255 are active cases.

37 in Coochbehar: 

37 new cases, 45 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 37 new cases, and till today there are 27,585 confirmed cases of which 26,900 have recovered, 95 died and 590 are active cases.

44 in Jalpaiguri: 

44 new cases, 48 releases reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 44 new cases, and till today there are 39,820 confirmed cases of which 536 died while 38, 642 have recovered and 642 are active cases.

10 in Uttar Dinajpur:

10 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 10 new cases, and till today, there are 19,424 confirmed cases of which 233 died while 19,063 have recovered 128 are active cases.

3 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

3 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 3 new cases, and till today there are 16,895 confirmed cases of which 168 died while 16,636 have recovered and 91 are active cases.

6 in Malda:
