KalimNews, Kalimpong, 11 Aug 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:
1 Death:
Death of 1 in Kalimpong is recorded during the last 24 hours.
1 in Darjeeling, 1 in Malda,1 in Alipurduar, 2 in Coochbehar, 1 in Jalpaiguri 1 in Uttar Dinajpur, and 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur,
71 in Darjeeling:
During the last 48 hours 71 new cases, 73 releases are reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 71 new cases, and till today there are 54,050 confirmed cases of which 52,550 have recovered and 502 died while 998 are active cases.
2 in Kalimpong:
2 new cases, 21 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 2 new cases, and till today there are 6,513 confirmed cases of which 6,195 have recovered, 44 died and 274 are active cases.
16 in Alipurduar:
16 new cases, 18 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 16 new cases, and till today there are 15,027 confirmed cases of which 14,685 have recovered and 99 died while 243 are active cases.
33 in Coochbehar:
33 new cases, 39 releases reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 33 new cases, and till today there are 27,938 confirmed cases of which 27,307 have recovered, 95 died and 536 are active cases.
37 in Jalpaiguri:
37 new cases, 46 releases reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 37 new cases, and till today there are 40,269 confirmed cases of which 542 died while 39, 101 have recovered and 626 are active cases.
15 in Uttar Dinajpur:
15 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 15 new cases, and till today, there are 19,513 confirmed cases of which 233 died while 19,154 have recovered 126 are active cases.
7 in Dakshin Dinajpur:
7 new cases, 8 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 7 new cases, and till today there are 16,976 confirmed cases of which 168 died while 16,705 have recovered and 103 are active cases.
5 in Malda:
5 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 5 new cases, and till today there are 32,700 confirmed cases of which 32,448 have recovered and 185 died and 67 are active.
