KalimNews, Kalimpong, 2 July 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

3 Death:

Death of 2 in Darjeeling, 1 in Jalpaiguri, district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

151 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 151 new cases, 147 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 151 new cases, 50994 confirmed cases of which 48742 have recovered and 461 died while 1791 are active cases.

7 in Kalimpong:

7 new cases, 20 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 7 new cases, 5685 confirmed cases of which 5441 have recovered, 38 died and 206 are active cases.

23 in Alipurduar:

23 new cases, 32 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 23 new cases, 14235 confirmed cases of which 13796 have recovered and 99 died while 340 are active cases.

80 in Coochbehar:
