KalimNews, Kalimpong, 31 July 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

0 Death:

No death district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

65 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 65 new cases, 76 releases are reported from Darjeeling. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Darjeeling district records 65 new cases, and till today there are 53,372 confirmed cases of which 51,685 have recovered and 496 died while 11191 are active cases.

30 in Kalimpong:

30 new cases, 16 releases were reported from Kalimpong. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Kalimpong district records 30 new cases, and till today there are 6,234 confirmed cases of which 5,960 have recovered, 39 died and 235 are active cases.

15 in Alipurduar:

15 new cases, 19 releases were reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Alipurduar records 15 new cases, and till today there are 14,848 confirmed cases of which 14,491 have recovered and 99 died while 258 are active cases.

35 in Coochbehar: 

35 new cases, 45 releases reported. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Coochbehar records 35 new cases, and till today there are 27,548 confirmed cases of which 26,855 have recovered, 95 died and 598 are active cases.

61 in Jalpaiguri: 

61 new cases, 47 releases reported from Jalpaiguri. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Jalpaiguri records 61 new cases, and till today there are 39,776 confirmed cases of which 536 died while 38, 594 have recovered and 646 are active cases.

14 in Uttar Dinajpur:

14 new cases, 9 releases were reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours, Uttar Dinajpur records 14 new cases, and till today, there are 19,054 confirmed cases of which 233 died while 19,045 have recovered 127 are active cases.

5 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

5 new cases, 7 releases were reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Dakshin Dinajpur records 5 new cases, and till today there are 16,892 confirmed cases of which 168 died while 16,629 have recovered and 95 are active cases.

2 in Malda:  

2 new cases, 5 releases were reported today from Malda. The State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hours Malda records 2 new cases, and till today there are 32,642 confirmed cases of which 32,399 have recovered and 184 died and 59 are active.
