KalimNews, Kalimpong, 24 July 2021: Daily report issued by the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare of the state of West Bengal regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of Darjeeling district including all five districts of north Bengal during the last 24 hours is as follows:

2 Death:

Death of 1 in Darjeeling, 1 in Jalpaiguri district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

89 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 89 new cases, 79 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 89 new cases, and till today there are 52879   confirmed cases of which 51,147 have recovered and 487 died while 1245 are active cases.

21 in Kalimpong:

21 new cases, 19 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 21 new cases, and till today there are 6116 confirmed cases of which 5,841 have recovered, 39 died and 236 are active cases.

17 in Alipurduar:

17 new cases, 21 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 17 new cases, and till today there are 14,719 confirmed cases of which 14349 have recovered and 99 died while 271 are active cases.

40 in Coochbehar: 

40 new cases, 51 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Coochbehar records 40 new cases, and till today there are 27,276 confirmed cases of which 26,532 have recovered, 93 died and 651 are active cases.

50 in Jalpaiguri: 

50 new cases, 55 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 50 new cases, and till today there are 39,475 confirmed cases of which 524 died while 38,247 have recovered and 704 are active cases.

12 in Uttar Dinajpur:

12 new cases, 12 release reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Uttar Dinajpur records 12 new cases, and till today there are 19,369 confirmed cases of which 233 died while 18,984 have recovered and 152 are active cases.

6 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

6 new cases, 10 release reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Dakshin Dinajpur records 6 new cases, and till today there are 16,864 confirmed cases of which 167 died while 16,565 have recovered and 132 are active cases.

3 in Malda:  

3 new cases, 7 release reported today from Malda. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Malda records 3 new cases, and till today there are 32,628 confirmed cases of which 32,362 have recovered and 183 died and 83 are active cases.
