KalimNews, Kalimpong, 2 June 2021: Report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours is as follows:

17 Death:

Death of 4 in Darjeeling, 7 in Jalpaiguri, 2 in Uttar Dinajpur, 3 in Dakshin Dinajpur, 1 in Malda district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

480 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 480 new cases, 753 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 480 new cases, 43677 confirmed cases of which 40178 have recovered and 377 died while 3122 are active cases.

49 in Kalimpong:

49 new cases, 109 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 49 new cases, 4806 confirmed cases of which 4334 have recovered, 35 died and 437 are active cases

274 in Alipurduar:

274 new cases, 180 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 274 new cases, 12304 confirmed cases of which 11297 have recovered and 94 died while 913 are active cases.

219 in Coochbehar: 

219 new cases, 381 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Coochbehar records 219 new cases, 21868 confirmed cases of which 20224 have recovered, 84 died and 1560 are active cases.

447 in Jalpaiguri: 

447 new cases, 692 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 447 new cases, 31582 confirmed cases of which 388 died while 28304 have recovered and 2890 are active cases.

97 in Uttar Dinajpur:

97 new cases, 247 release reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Uttar Dinajpur records 97 new cases, 17615 confirmed cases of which 193 died while 16455 have recovered and 967 are active cases.

141 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

141 new cases, 198 release reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Dakshin Dinajpur records 141 new cases, 15448 confirmed cases of which 148 died while 14463 have recovered and 837 are active cases.

70 in Malda:  

70 new cases, 227 release reported today from Malda. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Malda records 70 new cases, 31485 confirmed cases of which 30437 have recovered and 180 died and 868 are active cases.

Today’s daily state bulletin regarding the report of the last 24 hrs and from the beginning till today stated that Darjeeling district records 480 new cases, 43677 confirmed cases of which 40178 have recovered and 377 died while 3122 are active cases.

Similarly Kalimpong district records 49 new cases, 4806 confirmed cases of which 4334 have recovered, 35 died and 437 are active cases.

Alipurduar records 274 new cases, 12304 confirmed cases of which 11297 have recovered and 94 died while 913 are active cases.

Coochbehar records 219 new cases, 21868 confirmed cases of which 20224 have recovered, 84 died and 1560 are active cases.

Jalpaiguri records 447 new cases, 31582 confirmed cases of which 388 died while 28304 have recovered and 2890 are active cases.

Uttar Dinajpur records 97 new cases, 17615 confirmed cases of which 193 died while 16455 have recovered and 967 are active cases.

Dakshin Dinajpur records 141 new cases, 15448 confirmed cases of which 148 died while 14463 have recovered and 837 are active cases.

Malda records 70 new cases, 31485 confirmed cases of which 30437 have recovered and 180 died and 868 are active cases.
