KalimNews, Kalimpong, 18 June 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

13 Death:

Death of 2 in Darjeeling, 2 in Coochbehar, 6 in Jalpaiguri, 2 in Uttar Dinajpur, 1 in Dakshin Dinajpur, district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

240 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 240 new cases, 125 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 240 new cases, 48685 confirmed cases of which 46680 have recovered and 429 died while 1576 are active cases.

29 in Kalimpong:

29 new cases, 21 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 29 new cases, 5410 confirmed cases of which 5193 have recovered, 37 died and 180 are active cases.

74 in Alipurduar:

74 new cases, 41 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 74 new cases, 13887 confirmed cases of which 13290 have recovered and 95 died while 502 are active cases.

52 in Uttar Dinajpur:
