KalimNews, Kalimpong, 14 June 2021: Daily report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours states the followings:

14 Death:

Death of 2 in Darjeeling, 8 in Jalpaiguri, 3 in Uttar Dinajpur, 1 in Malda district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

214 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 214 new cases, 105 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 214 new cases, 47807 confirmed cases of which 46178 have recovered and 413 died while 1216 are active cases.

27 in Kalimpong:

27 new cases, 10 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 27 new cases, 5315 confirmed cases of which 5133 have recovered, 37 died and 145 are active cases.

132 in Alipurduar:

132 new cases, 41 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 132 new cases, 13699 confirmed cases of which 13111 have recovered and 94 died while 494 are active cases.
