KalimNews, Kalimpong, 27 May 2021: Report received from the State Department of the Health and Family Welfare regarding infection of Covid-19 in the different Hospitals of North Bengal including all five districts of north Bengal including Gorkhaland Territorial Administration during the last 24 hours is as follows:

17 Death:

Death of 3 in Darjeeling, 1 in Coochbehar, 9 in Jalpaiguri, 2 in Uttar Dinajpur, 2 in Dakshin Dinajpur, district is recorded during the last 24 hours.

710 in Darjeeling:

During the last 48 hours 710 new cases, 671 release is reported from Darjeeling. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Darjeeling district records 710 new cases, 40910 confirmed cases of which 35854 have recovered and 352 died while 4704 are active cases.

152 in Kalimpong:

Record 152 new cases, 61 release reported from Kalimpong. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Kalimpong district records 152 new cases, 4465 confirmed cases of which 3818 have recovered, 33 died and 614 are active cases.

138 in Alipurduar:

138 new cases, 166 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Alipurduar records 138 new cases, 11351 confirmed cases of which 10288 have recovered and 94 died while 969 are active cases.

283 in Coochbehar: 

283 new cases, 211 release reported. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 Coochbehar records 283 new cases, 20339 confirmed cases of which 18354 have recovered, 81 died and 1904 are active cases.

682 in Jalpaiguri: 

682 new cases, 429 release reported from Jalpaiguri. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Jalpaiguri records 682 new cases, 29032 confirmed cases of which 350 died while 24731 have recovered and 3951 are active cases.

261 in Uttar Dinajpur:

261 new cases, 202 release reported today from Uttar Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Uttar Dinajpur records 261 new cases, 16849 confirmed cases of which 180 died while 15040 have recovered and 1629 are active cases.

116 in Dakshin Dinajpur:

116 new cases, 159 release reported today from Dakshin Dinajpur. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Dakshin Dinajpur records 116 new cases, 14595 confirmed cases of which 134 died while 13419 have recovered and 1042 are active cases.

115 in Malda:  

115 new cases, 216 release reported today from Malda. State Health department’s daily bulletin states that within the last 24 hour Malda records 115 new cases, 30808 confirmed cases of which 29182 have recovered and 177 died and 1449 are active cases.

Dakshin Dinajpur records 116 new cases, 14595 confirmed cases of which 134 died while 13419 have recovered and 1042 are active cases.

Malda records 115 new cases, 30808 confirmed cases of which 29182 have recovered and 177 died and 1449 are active cases.
