Test report in the 4 districts as received from VRD Laboratory at NBMCH

Tests done in the districts of Darjeeling- 391, Kalimpong- 81, Jalpaiguri- 257, Alipurduar-401; TOTAL= 1046. 3 tested positive.

1 in SMC:

1 of Siliguri Municipality Corporation (1 in Darjeeling and 0 in Jalpaiguri districts) tested positive. 

2 in Darjeeling district:

Of the 2 positive cases of the district, 1 is from the area of Darjeeling district of the SMC.

0 case is reported from the Darjeeling Hills and 1 case from the plains -Matigara of the district tested positive..

2 admitted in the CCU unit of the newly opened Covid Block of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH). .

During the last 24 hours 1 suspected Covid patients are admitted in all the Isolation Wards of North Bengal Medical College and Hospital (NBMCH). There is 1 patient in Respiratory Intensive Care Unit (RICU) ward, and no patients in Gynecological Maternity Isolation ward, Surgical isolation ward and Isolation ward -1.

In Dr.Chhang’s SS Covid Hospital at Matigara, 1 Covid-19 patients (1 in CCU) is admitted, during the last 24 hours, no patients are newly admitted while none are released.
