2 Darjeeling Covid 19 patients released .. more suspected pattients are released from quarantine centres
An official release of the West Bengal Health and family welfare department on Covid-19 states that 1889 samples are tested for Covid-19 in the state and 45858 persons are under home observation/surveillance and 9396 persons have completed surveillance.
1723 persons have been admitted under hospital isolation and 1345 persons have been discharged from hospital isolation after copleting quarantine and testing negative. In the state there are 562 Institutional Quarantine Centres in which 9905 persons are kept in Institutional Quarantine (Cumulative) and so far 5188 persons have been released from Institutional Quarantine (Cumulative).
76 more persons of Darjeeling district have completed quarantine period. They were in self quarantine and there are still 236 persons to complete. Yesterday 312 persons were in self quarantine and day before yesterday there were 331 persons in self quarantine.
There are 46 persons of Kalimpong district in quarantine centres at Disha Centre and Marwari Bhawan of Kalimpong.
As per today's report, 23 persons of Kalimpong district have completed quarantine period and and there are still 202 persons in self quarantine. Yesterday there were 225 persons and day before yesterday there were 243 persons in self quarantine.
