Justice Finally Delivered To Nirbhaya; Nirbhaya Convicts Hanged 7 Years After Brutal Rape & Murder...
KalimNews, 20 March 2020: All four convicts in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case – Pawan Kumar Gupta, Mukesh, Vinay and Akshay were hanged to death at 5:30 am on Friday, 20 March.
Minutes after the convicts were hanged, Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi said that she hugged her daughter’s photo and told her that she’s “finally got justice.”
“As soon as I returned from Supreme Court, I hugged the picture of my daughter and said today you got justice. This day is dedicated to the daughters of the country. I thank the judiciary and government,” said Devi.
This comes more than seven years after the brutal incident that shook the country.

Nirbhaya’s mother Asha Devi, thanked the judiciary and government, stating that her family has “finally got justice.”
“Our wait for justice was painful and agonising,” Nirbhaya's father reacted, after the hanging of all four convicts in the rape and murder case.
