Gurung case hearing
TT, 26 November 2019, CALCUTTA: Justice Joymalya Bagchi of Calcutta High Court on Monday said the day-to-day hearing of 176 criminal cases against Gorkha Janmukti Morcha leader Bimal Gurung and several of his associates would start on Tuesday. Earlier, the court had decided to club together all the 176 cases and start the daily hearing from Monday. But lawyers from both sides on Monday requested the judge to start the hearing from Tuesday.
