Police raided house, shop of Morcha leader Hemant Gautam

Prashant Acharya, EOI, SILIGURI, 8 Sep 2017: Siliguri police today raided house of Gorkha Janamukti Morcha leader Hemant Gautam at Milan More near Siliguri.
Gautam who is central committee member and in-charge of Terai was arrested by police four days back. After production at Siliguri court he was remanded for five days at police custody.
Today morning amid tight security police took Gautam along with them to raid his house.
According to police officials they seized some official documents including money receipt books of Morcha in which all financial transactions have been recorded.
Police reached his house around 11 in the morning and raided his shops also. Police have not yet disclosed the other findings during their rate and seizure of any other things.
