Mirik: Fast to death GJM youth leaders’ condition worsening
Prashanta Acharya, EOI, SILIGURI, 2 Aug 2017: The condition of three Gorkha Janamukti Morcha (GJM) youth leaders those who are on fast to death for Gorkhaland in Mirik is deteriorating day by day.
These three leaders have denied taking any support since nine days when a medical team approached for assistance.
Dhan Prasad Subba, Deep Khawas and Kushal Chhetri are on fast to death since last 13 days at Krishana Nagar Motor Stand, Mirik.
A medical expert says that the condition is critical as they have totally denied taking medical support.
The trio is suffering from acute back pain and blockage in urinal track since three days.
According to Subba, Khawas and Chhetri they can die for Gorkhaland to make the future of new generation bright.
Meanwhile in Sukuna near Siliguri, members of ‘Mahila Morcha’ have started relay hunger strike from Monday.
