Posters demanding Gorkha Pradesh in Siliguri

Prashant Acharya, EOI, SILIGURI, 17 Apr 2017: Posters have been found stuck in several places of Siliguri demanding a separate state of Gorkha Pradesh, bewildering the authorities and the public.

The writings read: 'We want separation from West Bengal' and 'We want a separate state of Gorkha Pradesh' and claim they have been put up by the Gorkha Jankalyan Party.

However, no one has come forward to address the media nor has any press release been issued.
