SIKKIM ACTRESS TO WORK IN PRIYANKA CHOPRA'S PRODUCTION Hard work pays off
Dichen Ongmu, SNS, Gangtok, 10 January 2017: Sikkimese model and tele-actress Manju KC Chhetri has got an opportunity to work in Priyanka Chopra's Purple Pebble Pictures production regional Sikkimese Nepali film Pauna- The Little Visitors.
Manju Chhetri, who is BBA aspirant, has out scaled many stepping stones with her hardwork and simplicity to reach to her zenith in the last few years.
She has also acted in many music albums, documentaries, and has also performed in renowned Nepal TV tele-serial Meri Bassai as an co-actress.
Manju said that she has been offered a character in Pauna.
"I don't know about my role in the film now. The production manager will be heading from Mumbai this week and provide me with the details about my role," she said.
She further added that she will attend a work-shop in February for this film. She has expressed tremendous happiness for being selected as one of the characters in the film. Manju considers her mother to be her inspiration as she says that without the support and blessing of her mother, she would not have reached the platform she is on today.
Manju shares that she wanted to become an actress since she was a kid but due to some unavoidable circumstances, could not opt for it as her profession earlier. However, today she is happy and feels that if one believes in his/her dream, it will surely come true.
She gave a message to the young upcoming actors saying, "We should all be determined towards our dream and come out of our comfort zone. Hard work and determination will surely pay off"
