Death of Sikkim youth in Kalimpong

KalimNews, Kalimpong, 30 October 2016: Mystery has shrouded over the death of a person in Kalimpong hotel.

Kalimpong Police has stated that Dip Subba (26) of Soreng Malibasey of Sikkim died in a mysterious condition.

The deceased Dip Subba was branch manager of Central Bank of India in Sikkim and had come to Kalimpong with his two friends and stayed overnight in a hotel.

In the morning his friends brought Dip to Sub Divisional Hospital Kalimpong in a serious condition. After examining the visiting doctor pronounced him dead.

Kalimpong Police has started investigation on the death of the youth, while his dead body was handed over to his family after Post mortem.

Police has stated that the investigation is not yet completed as such it is not disclosed.
