Peoples mandate with Bimal Gurung – route now through dialogues.

However the point to convey here is that, it might just be possible, that Bimal is finally aware, and therefore his present stance of a peaceful dialogue to achieve his end. After all the most important feature of the statehood demand is the peoples mandate which GJM as a political unit, already holds practically to a eighty percent perception in the District of Darjeeling.
