Governor arriving today and President on November 10
KalimNews, Kalimpong 27 October 2013: VIPs are visiting Darjeeling one after another. Just after the departure of the state Chief Minister state Governor MK Narayanan is arriving Darjeeling on official visit.
He will arrive in Bagdogra airport this afternoon and will stay in Darjeeling till 14th for some important official works and return back on 15th November.
President Pranab Mukherjee will be on a day's trip to Darjeeling on November 10 to inaugurate the 125th anniversary celebrations of North Point School, official sources said.
The President would return to New Delhi on the same day. Arrangements have already started for the President's tour with district police and administration authorities holding the preliminary meetings on security and other logistical issues.
