Bhumika to co-ordinate and groom "Miss Indo-Nepal" beauty contest 2018

Prashant Acharya, EOI, SILIGURI, 11 Dec 2017 : A teenager from the Kalimpong hills have emerged for the first time to co-ordinate and groom the models participating in historical Indo-Nepal beauty pageant “Miss Indo-Nepal” slated on 3rd February at Naxalbari town.

Bhumika Lohar, a nineteen years old fashion model and choreographer will be grooming the top ten selected models from India and Nepal.

Bhumika who has been dreaming to coordinate and groom the international beauty contest has been chosen by the organising committee on Monday after the second round of meeting held at Birtamore, eastern Nepal with Nepal counterparts.

The contest is organised by a NGO, CNSS Mirik in association with Saraswati Acres Pvt. Ltd to built strong relationship between the two neighboring nations and to provide platform for the struggling models in the international arena.

President of the organising committee Diwakari Chhetri said, “We have given the responsibility to Bhumika to co-ordinate the event after seeing her talent in such a younger age.”

Bhumika told EOIC, “I feel proud to take the responsibility to handle such a big event in the international level and I will put all my efforts to make it a historical one.”
